Wristband printing
Tyvek wristbands printed in seconds with a compatible printer (e.g. Brother TD-2020A). Automatic printing at check-in avoids delays, wrong data or illegible handwriting.

Time billing, rates and extras
Rates by minute blocks and extras catalogue per site. On checkout the system calculates base + add-ons and records the till movement.

Automatic pick-up alerts
Manual alert in one click or automatic as booked time ends. Delivery by email or SMS per preference, with queue, retries and delivery log.
Floor
Real-time capacity control
Current occupancy versus each site's maximum capacity, visible on the dashboard. Warning or block mode for new entries when the limit is reached — no manual wristband counting.
Operations
Upcoming exits and plan B
List auto-refreshed every 30 seconds for stays about to end. If the mobile alert does not arrive, reception still has visibility.
