Privacy policy
Last updated: May 2026
This policy describes how FastCore Services Platform ( — oFastCore — , — owe — ) processes personal data on https://ludosafe.com (LudoSAFE), which presents management software for indoor play centres and toy libraries and accepts demo requests.
It applies to this website. Processing of family and children — Ts data inside the LudoSAFE software used by a centre is governed by the contract and information the business operator provides as data controller; FastCore acts as processor in that context.
Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), with particular care for children — Ts data when the product is used in child leisure venues.

2. Data we collect on ludosafe.com
The demo request form only collects contact details of the business representative (an adult): name, email, phone, business name and number of sites. We do not ask for children — Ts personal data on this website.
When you browse, we may process technical data (IP address, browser type, language, pages visited) and, if you consent, aggregated analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, the form may load Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam.
- Contact and identification data of the demo requester.
- Site usage data (technical cookies and, with consent, analytics).

3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your demo request and contacting you: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries.
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse: legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligation.
- Measuring aggregated site use (only with consent): data subject — Ts consent.
- Complying with legal obligations applicable to the site owner.
4. Retention periods
Demo requests are kept as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and thereafter for limitation periods. Technical logs are kept for a limited security-related period.
Cookie preferences are stored on your device as described in the cookie policy.
5. Recipients and processors
We may share data with providers that supply strictly necessary services (hosting, email, analytics if accepted, Google for reCAPTCHA if accepted), under data processing agreements where required.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. International transfers
If a provider (e.g. Google LLC for reCAPTCHA or analytics) processes data outside the European Economic Area, GDPR safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses or other recognised measures).
7. Children and data in the LudoSAFE product
This website is not intended to collect children — Ts data. Do not submit children — Ts data via the demo form.
LudoSAFE helps play centres and toy libraries run their operations (family registration, access control with numbered wristbands, time-based and extra charges, pickup alerts to families, statistics dashboard and multi-site management). When a centre uses LudoSAFE, the operator decides which children — Ts data are necessary and must inform families, obtain applicable legal bases and consents (GDPR and LOPDGDD) and honour data subject rights.
FastCore designs the product with data minimisation, versioned consent records and protection of sensitive information (encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access), according to the contracted setup. Operational details in the SaaS are documented in each client agreement.
8. Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it, by writing to
- info@fcore.es (subject: LudoSAFE privacy)
- You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been addressed.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is perfect; if you notice an issue related to this site, please contact us.
