They can sign up in seconds by scanning a QR on site or at reception. Consents and minimal data are collected without paper forms.
Yes. Access control uses numbered wristbands linked to each child: you know who enters, who leaves and how many are inside at any time.
It is not required: an optional, low-cost add-on. When used, the wristband prints automatically on check-in with the number and agreed details—no manual entry by staff. That avoids mistakes when writing codes, names or other data by hand.
The system sends configurable pickup reminders via your chosen channel (e.g. SMS or email), so parents arrive on time without relying on a loudspeaker.

Yes, from their account on the family portal. Balance is applied at checkout together with other payment methods and promotions configured for your centre.
Yes, per site: the dashboard shows occupancy against maximum capacity and can warn or block new entries according to your venue's settings.
Each child has guardians and authorised adults on their portal record. At every exit, reception checks who is collecting before handing over the child — fewer doubts and more safety at peak times.
Yes, via integration with BookingCore, the FastCore suite booking engine. Registered families reserve rooms and packages from the portal; day-to-day floor operations stay on the operator panel.
