How it works

A clear flow from entry to exit

Six steps aligned with real front-desk operations: from QR signup to till close, with alerts and a live dashboard.

Families can register themselves by scanning the venue QR or with staff help. Each visit is recorded as a stay with a wristband, applied rate and full traceability for billing and compliance.

  1. Step 1 of 6

    Self-service or desk

    Family registration

A parent scans the site QR or staff enter details at the desk. Guardian, children, versioned policy consents and optional photo with reinforced consent are captured. The family receives a personal QR for future visits.

  2. Step 2 of 6

    Seconds at peak time

    Entry with wristband

Staff find the family by personal QR, phone or name, verify consent is still valid and assign an available wristband to the child. The stay becomes active and the dashboard shows who is inside in real time.

  3. Step 3 of 6

    During the visit

    Monitoring and pick-up alerts

While the child plays, the team sees active visits and upcoming exits. They can alert the guardian in one click or let the system send reminders by email or SMS per preference — with retry queue if the channel fails.

  4. Step 4 of 6

    Safe checkout

    Exit, verification and payment

On collection, the wristband is scanned, the authorised adult is confirmed, extras are added and the amount is calculated from minute blocks. Payment is recorded; if it fails, the stay is marked pending without holding the child.

  5. Step 5 of 6

    Business view

    Dashboard, stats and till

Management reviews occupancy, daily revenue and peak traffic. Staff close the till with movements tied to each stay and handle pending payments from the same front-desk panel.

  6. Step 6 of 6

    Several venues

    Multi-site with local settings

Each site keeps its own rates, hours, wristbands and signup form. The global account gives chains a unified view without duplicating installs or manual processes per location.

Operational backup when the alert does not arrive

The upcoming exits screen refreshes every 30 seconds: if a parent does not read the notification, staff still see which stays are about to end and can act without the loudspeaker.
